Convenient location near train station, Ohara Museum, and Bikan Historic District. Beautiful and tastefully furnished rooms. Spacious and quiet on the fourth floor. Nice breakfast buffet served in sunny restaurant with garden view. Exceptional service throughout the stay.

Being in close proximity to the train station and straight down the main street from the two large malls is a major plus. The location being within walking distance of the station makes it easy to explore the area. The room was comfortable and had a nice view of the garden outside. The staff were helpful and friendly. The facilities, especially the conference and banqueting facilities, are noteworthy.
The hotel does not have true non-smoking rooms or lobby areas which could be a deal-breaker for some guests with sensitivity to smoke.

Our stay at this place was absolutely amazing. The location on the main street was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent room service and housekeeping. The room amenities, including the heating and air conditioning, were top-notch and ensured our comfort throughout our stay. We also appreciated the free toiletries and electric kettle provided in the room. The hotel's restaurant and bar/lounge area were great places to relax and enjoy a delicious meal or a refreshing drink. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi in public areas was a convenient feature.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to families.

Great complementary parking and good view. Walking distance to main attractions.
The New Year's dinner was disorganized and the staff unfriendly. The room smelled like smoke, despite being a non-smoking room.

The location of the hotel is excellent, situated on the edge of the old city and close to the historic quarters. During the Cherry Blossom season in early April, it is just a short train ride away from the beautiful blossoms. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the JR station, making it easy to access the two big malls for shopping.
There were a few spots on the carpet in some of the rooms.

Andy
Conveniently located close to a tourist attraction and with easy access to a shopping mall. The staff was also friendly and helpful during the stay.
The hotel is outdated and in need of renovations. The carpet in the room was stained and smelled of smoke.

We loved the location of this hotel, right in the heart of the Bikan area and next to the Ohara Museum Annex. The view from our room was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and even stored our bikes for us. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the Bikan area and the Ohara Museum. we would definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Kurashiki.

Great location, helpful staff, and comfortable room. The hotel is conveniently located near many attractions. The staff was very friendly and eager to assist us with our needs. Our room was clean and cozy.
Poor soundproofing and outdated facilities. Unfortunately, we could hear every sound from our neighboring rooms. The building itself is quite old, and it’s clear that it hasn’t been updated in quite some time. The furniture has seen better days and the decor is in need of a refresh.
